Role Overview
Join as a Picker and Packer at Blinkit Dark Store in Chennai, where you will handle essential warehouse duties to ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform picking and packing tasks within the dark store environment efficiently.
- Oversee daily store operations such as organizing inventory placement (putaway), conducting item audits, and managing loading and unloading activities.
- Ensure all customer orders are packed accurately and operations are maintained seamlessly.
- Participate in training sessions provided post joining to familiarize with operational standards and processes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹22,000, varying by location.
- Receive a joining bonus up to ₹5,000 upon employment commencement.
- Earn performance bonuses up to ₹3,000 based on work output.
- Eligible for Provident Fund contributions and medical insurance coverage.
