Job Overview
We are seeking responsible Delivery Boys to manage pickup and timely delivery of grocery and daily essentials to customers in Cuttack, Orissa. The candidate will receive orders from a warehouse or store and ensure delivery to customers' homes within approximately 10-20 minutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Pickup customer orders of groceries and daily needs from warehouse/store.
- Deliver orders efficiently and promptly to customer addresses, meeting time targets.
- Engage with customers courteously during delivery.
- Accept orders and update delivery status through the designated app.
Working Hours
The role offers flexible shifts suitable for part-time or full-time engagement. Full-time workers typically work 8-10 hours daily, with peak delivery times in the mornings and evenings.
Compensation
Monthly earnings range between ₹45,000 and ₹80,000 depending on the city and number of orders delivered. Payment is made per order and additionally includes incentives and tips. Higher delivery volumes lead to increased earnings.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass.
- Possession of a smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Submission of Aadhaar card (front and back) and a selfie for verification purposes.
