Blinkit Private Limited is hiring Delivery Riders across India for full-time positions with flexible working hours. The role requires dependable and diligent individuals to pick up grocery and daily essential orders from Blinkit stores and ensure their safe and timely delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect orders from assigned Blinkit Dark Stores promptly.
- Safely deliver grocery and daily essential items to customers within stipulated timelines.
- Handle products carefully to avoid any damage or spillage during transit.
- Utilize the Blinkit Delivery App and GPS tools for effective order tracking and navigation.
- Collect payments from customers when necessary.
- Regularly update delivery status using the application.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ownership of a bike or scooter.
- Android smartphone with internet connectivity for app usage.
- Punctuality and a responsible work ethic.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month with additional incentives up to ₹20,000, leading to a maximum potential monthly earning of ₹90,000. Salary and incentives are subject to variables such as location, working hours, number of deliveries completed, performance, and applicable company policies.
