Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and energetic Delivery Partners to join Swiggy's Food and Instamart delivery teams. The role involves picking up food from local restaurants and groceries/daily essentials from Swiggy Instamart dark stores, then delivering them safely to customers within the local area.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them punctually to customers' homes.
• Pick up grocery and essential item orders from Instamart dark stores and deliver within a 2-3 km radius.
• Use the Swiggy Delivery Partner App for accepting orders, navigating via GPS, and monitoring daily earnings.
• Maintain courteous interactions with customers and handle orders carefully to ensure safety.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn between ₹30,000 and ₹60,000 per month depending on order volume and working hours.
• Receive a joining bonus up to ₹10,000 upon meeting initial order targets.
• Additional petrol or distance allowances provided per delivery based on distance.
• Extra incentives for completing daily and weekly order goals.
• Higher pay for working during peak hours, including rainy weather, weekends, and night shifts.
• Refer friends to earn referral bonuses.
• Weekly salary payouts directly transferred to bank accounts.

Entry Requirements and Documents

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Education: 10th grade pass or fail; no degree required.
• Possession of a bike or scooter with valid driving license and vehicle registration (or a bicycle for nearby area deliveries).
• Mandatory documents include Aadhaar Card or Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License (for two-wheelers), and bank passbook or cancelled cheque for weekly payments.
• Must own an Android smartphone with GPS and internet connectivity.
