About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Picker and Packer professionals to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, at IKAMATE HR INDIA PVT LTD working with Blinkit. Candidates with education levels ranging from 10th standard to graduates are encouraged to apply. The position offers a monthly salary between 17,000 and 18,000 INR plus incentives up to 4,000 INR.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves according to order requests.
- Safely and properly packing items for shipment.
- Utilizing handheld scanners or mobile applications to scan products.
- Inspecting products for quality, quantity, and expiry before packing.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Helping with loading and unloading products as necessary.
- Coordinating with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Following operational and safety protocols set by the company.
- Managing inventory control and stock movements within the warehouse.
Shift Details
Work is conducted in rotational shifts, either from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. An alternative daytime shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM may also apply.
