IKAMATE HR India Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Counter Sales Executive with responsibilities involving store handling.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide assistance to customers at the sales counter.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Detail product attributes, pricing, promotions, and special offers.
- Execute counter sales while striving to meet sales targets.
- Manage billing processes and cash or payment transactions accurately.
- Keep product displays organized and shelves neatly arranged.
- Oversee basic inventory tasks and stock control.
- Verify stock levels and arrange for timely restocking.
- Help with receiving, tallying, and organizing incoming stock.
- Maintain a sales-focused and goal-oriented attitude.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Completed 12th grade.
- Between six months to one year of experience in retail sales, counter sales, or store management.
- Ready to work full-time from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
Compensation and Working Hours
The salary offered ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 per month as a cost to company (CTC). Working hours will be from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM on full-time basis.
