About Swiggy Instamart and Role Overview
Swiggy Instamart is seeking diligent individuals for the position of Picker and Packer based in Bangalore. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately fulfilled and safely packed, contributing to a smooth delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely select items required for customer orders from the store inventory.
- Pack the chosen products with care to maintain their condition during delivery.
- Inspect each product for quality, correct quantity, and check expiry dates prior to packing.
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of the store’s products and overall environment.
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate will have completed at least 10th grade or higher educational qualifications such as PUC, ITI, Diploma, or Degree.
Compensation and Benefits
- Gross salary of ₹20,000 with an in-hand monthly salary of ₹18,000.
- Additional benefits including attendance bonuses, allowances for night shifts, and overtime opportunities.
