Picker / Packer

About the Role

Join BLINKIT as a Picker / Packer, responsible for overseeing storage, inventory management, and shipment of goods within the warehouse. You will collaborate closely with the supply chain team to ensure smooth and efficient operations related to goods handling and dispatch.

Key Duties

• Receive incoming goods, prepare them for packing, and arrange dispatch while accurately updating stock records.
• Educate and train colleagues on correct handling procedures, including for hazardous materials.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored in designated locations.
• Perform quality inspections to guarantee that only products meeting standards are sent out.
• Promptly process all receipt documentation and maintain up-to-date inventory data.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th grade.
• Experience between zero to six months is acceptable.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking technology and effective time management skills are advantageous.

Additional Information

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹14,000 and ₹21,000, with potential for career growth within the organization.
