Picker / Packer

Overview

We are conducting a large-scale recruitment drive for the role of Picker / Packer in a warehouse setting located in Hyderabad. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply, including freshers and those with prior experience. Immediate joining is prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits

• Gross monthly salary of ₹22,500
• Approximate net take-home pay is ₹20,500 after applicable PF and ESI deductions
• Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) benefits are provided

Working Hours and Shifts

• Standard work shift is 8 hours per day with a 30-minute break
• Employees are entitled to 4 days off per month, scheduled from Monday to Friday
• Female candidates can be allocated to morning or day shifts, with Shift A options: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Male candidates can work day or night shifts, with Shift B from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and Shift C from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Shift assignments depend on operational requirements

Primary Responsibilities

• Selecting products in accordance with customer orders
• Ensuring products are packed carefully and correctly for dispatch
• Scanning and sorting products as per guidelines
• Verifying product quantities and order accuracy
• Maintaining cleanliness and organized storage within the warehouse
• Following all safety rules and operational procedures
• Meeting daily targets within prescribed time frames
