Position Overview

As a Picker at our store, you will play a vital role in exceeding customer expectations by engaging in various store operations. Your daily tasks may vary, including replenishing shelves, operating the tills, managing stock levels, and preparing deliveries, ensuring customers receive timely and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, promptly reporting any discrepancies to the Manager.
• Inspecting product quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is secure ahead of delivery.
• Providing exceptional customer service by processing deliveries efficiently within target times.
• Interacting politely with delivery personnel and addressing inquiries or complaints appropriately, escalating issues when necessary.
