Job description
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and proficient lab technicians and phlebotomists to become part of our healthcare team. The selected individual will handle responsibilities such as drawing blood samples, conducting lab tests, processing specimens, and compiling reports in alignment with established laboratory standards.
Key Duties
- Collect blood and other samples through phlebotomy techniques accurately.
- Perform various laboratory analyses while documenting findings precisely.
- Handle, operate, and upkeep laboratory tools and devices efficiently.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Possess a recognized laboratory qualification like DMLT, BMLT, B.Sc. MLT, or an equivalent degree.
- Open to both entry-level applicants and those with prior experience.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in diagnostic centers, pathology laboratories, hospitals, or those skilled in home sample collection.
