Medical Representative (MR)

Overview

We are seeking motivated and confident Medical Representatives (MR) or Pharma Sales Executives to join our expanding healthcare sales team. This role is ideal for both fresh graduates and those with prior sales experience looking to establish or advance their career in pharmaceutical and healthcare sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly engage with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies to promote company offerings.
• Drive product promotion efforts to generate prescriptions, inquiries, and business prospects.
• Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Deliver product detailing, conduct presentations, and organize awareness initiatives.
• Gather market insights and submit daily visit reports accordingly.
• Meet set sales quotas and contribute to business development objectives.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Open to both freshers and candidates with experience.
• Preference for individuals with prior roles as Medical Representatives, Sales Executives, Area Sales Executives, or other healthcare sales positions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal talents.
• Strong enthusiasm for sales, marketing, and building customer relationships.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between ₹15000 to ₹30000.
