Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare, dispense, and manage medications, ensuring timely delivery to patients.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of medications and over-the-counter supplements to satisfy patient demands.
- Provide patient counseling regarding new and ongoing medications with a friendly and proactive approach.
- Engage in community education and awareness initiatives through public relations activities such as health days and clinics.
- Respond promptly and positively to patients' needs and physicians' requests or issues.
- Exercise cost control within the Pharmacy dispensary at all levels.
- Deliver training and mentorship to new and current Pharmacy staff, including technicians, interns, students, and IPG’s.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a valid Class A Pharmacists license is mandatory.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relations accompanied by a strong professional demeanor.
- Proven leadership and ability to manage team performance effectively.
- Experience in growing business through community-focused marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of developing and executing corrective action plans.
- Proficiency with personal computing and familiarity with pharmacy systems such as Healthwatch and/or KROLL is considered a significant advantage.

Compensation
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $44.00 to $60.60, with salary considerations based on experience and location. This position is for an existing vacancy and utilizes artificial intelligence in the applicant screening and selection process.
