Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications while complying with all pharmacy regulations and policies.
• Deliver patient counselling and educational support concerning prescribed and over-the-counter medications.
• Conduct professional services including immunization injections, opioid agonist therapy (OAT), minor ailment prescribing, and comprehensive medication reviews aimed at improving patient health outcomes.
• Promote a positive, collaborative atmosphere among pharmacy staff and maintain strong working relationships with other healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic plans.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals.
• Adherence to provincial and federal regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
• Comfortable and proficient with computer systems, especially Kroll pharmacy software.
• Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills capable of fostering excellent rapports with patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently within a busy pharmacy setting.

Working Hours and Benefits

• Operational hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Sundays closed.
