Job description
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure adherence to regional drug authority regulations by maintaining valid wholesale premises licenses. Source all products strictly from licensed manufacturers and certified vendors only. Handle product recalls effectively, document all customer complaints, and log any reported adverse events. Verify client credentials meticulously to guarantee that controlled and prescription medications are dispensed only to authorized parties.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Manage stock control processes by implementing First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) and First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory methods. Track batch numbers, serializations, and monitor expiration dates closely to ensure product integrity. Ensure proper physical storage conditions, maintaining exact room temperature and humidity levels. Oversee stringent cold-chain management for vaccines, biologics, and other temperature-sensitive injectable medications, including continuous data logging.
Order Fulfillment & Operations
Supervise picking, packing, and labeling workflows to ensure correctness of orders prior to shipment. Lead and manage warehouse staff and pharmacy technicians dealing with animal health products. Provide expert technical advice to internal logistics teams concerning handling of hazardous or restricted veterinary compounds.
