Role Overview
Following a recent management buyout, Store-All is seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to join the Quality Team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. This full-time position, located at Marine Point in Belview, Waterford, involves active collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal warehouse staff to maintain and enhance quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Store-All Quality System aligns with applicable standards including GDP, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, BRC, HACCP, and customer specifications.
- Keep the Quality System continuously updated and comprehensive across all operational facets.
- Consistently train all personnel on pertinent Quality System procedures and lead internal training sessions when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain the Temperature Monitoring System effectively.
- Collaborate with the RP/Quality Manager on quality-related issues and training compliance.
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Conduct QA inspections, participate in internal and external audits, including customer, HPRA, ISO, and BRC audits.
- Prepare annual reviews to drive ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage approval processes for customers and service providers, including drafting Technical Agreements.
- Ensure regular review and updating of schedules and controlled lists on a monthly basis.
- Maintain and update training databases, delivering SOP and practical training sessions with refresher courses as needed.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies, including use of PPE and strict no-smoking policies in designated areas.
- Oversee health and safety management system compliance with ISO 45001, including risk assessments, implementing necessary safety changes, and coordinating safety meetings.
- Maintain detailed logs and trackers for investigations, safety incidents, change controls, and quality documentation, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up actions.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding client information and ensure security protocols are followed for access to sensitive areas and data.
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in drafting SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Relevant quality experience within the food or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proficient intermediate computer literacy.
- Knowledge and application of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, HACCP, and BRC standards.
- Auditing skills with hands-on experience in external customer and regulatory audits.
- Possession of a 'Train the Trainer' certificate is advantageous but not mandatory.
