Job Role and Responsibilities

• Offer customers personalized guidance to enhance their appearance through customized and highly attentive service.
• Develop advanced expertise in products, services, and fashion trends to become a trusted consultant and improve shoppers' purchasing experiences.
• Lead clients personally through their shopping journey by recommending products and services tailored to their tastes and requirements.
• Follow up diligently with customers to maintain strong, ongoing relationships and honor commitments.
• Provide focused attention to each shopper, understanding their preferences and budgetary considerations with tact and clear communication.
• Show proactive initiative in fulfilling customer needs and expectations.
• Encourage repeat visits and frequent purchases by managing client relationships effectively through various communication channels including mail, email, phone, and face-to-face interaction.
• Drive sales growth by maintaining appointments, utilizing suggestive selling, and applying upselling techniques, capitalizing on in-depth customer knowledge and current product offerings.
• Work toward increasing average transaction values and items per sale while expanding the membership base.
