Cluster Visual Merchandiser (North & East)

Role Overview

The Cluster Visual Merchandiser for the North & East regions is responsible for ensuring consistent visual merchandising practices across stores under their jurisdiction, aligning with guidelines provided by the Senior Visual Merchandising Creative Lead and Execution VM Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement store-specific visual merchandising execution regionally as per the directives communicated by the Senior Visual Merchandising Creative Lead, under the supervision of the Execution VM Lead, including promotional setups, weekly guides, and New Store Openings (NSO).
• Manage and control visual merchandising-related expenditures within the region to maintain budget discipline.
• Conduct training sessions for Department Managers (DMs) and Store Visual Merchandising Champions to enhance in-store presentation consistency.
• Maintain daily video surveillance checklists for stores to monitor visual compliance.
• Collaborate with the Execution VM Lead and Regional Head to perform weekly regional reviews, including sell-through analysis and scorecard evaluation.
• Engage in vendor development activities to support merchandising needs.
• Visit stores daily as per the assigned rota for supervision and support.
• Perform competitor analysis biweekly to stay informed on market trends and competitor visual strategies.
• Utilize design software proficiently to adapt artworks and promotional materials.
