About the Role
ASB is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to two General Managers within the Enterprise & Operational Risk, Technology Risk, and Programme Oversight divisions. This influential role involves partnering closely with senior leaders, ensuring smooth operations, and anticipating their needs while maintaining impeccable organisation and communication flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage complex calendars, email inboxes, and daily priorities efficiently.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organise travel arrangements, logistics, and meeting set-ups effectively.
- Create and prepare presentations, documents, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate team engagement activities and company events.
- Record meeting minutes accurately and follow up on action items.
- Identify potential issues proactively and propose practical solutions.
The role demands autonomy in decision-making within established parameters and the ability to juggle competing demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in a senior Personal Assistant or executive support position.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong time management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of attention to detail and precision.
- Confidence in interacting with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and maintain discretion with sensitive data.
