Role Summary
The Technology and Transformation (T&T) group seeks a Personal Assistant based in Wellington. Reporting directly to Partners, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support, helping drive key initiatives and ensuring smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and prioritize Partner schedules, arranging meetings while proactively resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate travel plans and accommodation logistics, supporting both internal and external event preparations.
- Handle financial duties including expense reporting and invoice processing for Partners, as well as assisting the Consulting team with financial workflows.
- Maintain and update critical business applications such as CRM, time tracking, and billing systems.
- Contribute actively to developing and nurturing office culture through initiatives and communication management.
- Implement and sustain streamlined office processes to boost operational efficiency.
- Manage professional correspondence and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Work collaboratively with support teams across the organization to ensure cohesive assistance.
- Support event and meeting logistics, including preparation of materials and content to guarantee successful outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a comparable personal assistant or administrative role showcasing professionalism and approachability.
- Demonstrated organizational excellence with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong client service orientation with effective communication skills across all levels.
- Aptitude for building and maintaining effective working relationships internally and externally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, especially in forward planning.
