About the Role
Join Puffy, a leading $1 billion+ revenue direct-to-consumer mattress brand and Top 5 US mattress company, as a Personal Assistant managing the CEO's personal operations globally from a remote setting. This unique position grants ownership over end-to-end personal operations including experience curation, expert research and sourcing, building a trusted provider network, proactive calendar and task management, all directly reporting to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an elite network of service providers across lifestyle, wellness, automotive, and home sectors to ensure immediate access to high-quality options.
- Develop rigorous research and shortlisting methodologies to present only top-tier choices to the CEO, acting as the final decision gate without prior review.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs proactively, surfacing opportunities and organizing exclusive events and reservations without waiting for requests.
- Manage the CEO's personal calendar strategically, overseeing every task from initiation to completion and resolving any obstacles autonomously.
- Contribute to shaping the executive operations model within a pioneering AI-first workplace environment.
Professional Growth
Proudly accelerate your career path: from Personal Assistant to Senior Personal Assistant and further specialization. Achieve in 1-2 years what typically takes 4-5 years elsewhere.

- Flexibility to coordinate occasional evening and weekend engagements.
