Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Performance Tester to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise and a deep technical background specifically in performance testing using JMeter, without crossover experience in QA or automation roles.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Possess over 7 years of exclusive experience in performance testing with JMeter.
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in the use of Dynatrace monitoring tool for performance analysis.
- Skilled in analyzing thread dumps and heap dumps to diagnose performance issues effectively.
- Implement performance engineering principles to optimize systems and applications.
- Having familiarity with cutting-edge concepts such as NFT (Non-Functional Testing), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Chaos Engineering is advantageous.
