Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance testing strategies using Load Runner and JMeter tools.
• Evaluate test outcomes to detect performance limitations and deliver actionable insights.
• Work alongside development teams to embed performance testing within the software development lifecycle.
• Employ Dynatrace for application monitoring and diagnostics to maintain optimal performance standards.
• Create comprehensive reports and documentation summarizing test results and recommendations.

Qualification Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, B.E, or B.Sc in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
• Between 2 to 9 years of demonstrated experience in performance testing, skilled in Load Runner and JMeter.
• Robust analytical capabilities to interpret testing data and uncover performance concerns.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience using Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Successful history of performance testing in intricate software environments.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional groups focused on enhancing software performance.
• Excellent communication proficiency for clearly conveying testing findings and recommendations.
