Job Overview
We are seeking Performance Testers with 3 to 10 years of experience specialized in Performance Testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace. Candidates should possess relevant educational backgrounds including BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, ME, BSc, MSc, or MS in any specialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the consulting team throughout project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.
- Conduct research involving literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluations to explore alternative solutions and develop proof of concepts (POCs).
- Draft requirement specifications derived from business needs and design detailed functional processes and to-be-process models.
- Support solution configuration on various products; diagnose and identify root causes of issues and evaluate solution alternatives.
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.
Eligibility Criteria
