Role Overview

We are seeking a new Performance Specialist to join our busy and high-achieving team based in Havelock North. This position arose due to an internal promotion. The Performance team supports trade subcontractors and oversees quality standards across the Hawkes Bay, Manawatu, and East Coast regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Regular liaison with Performance Partners and trade subcontractors on a daily basis
• Overseeing the administrative process for subcontractor onboarding and offboarding
• Maintaining and updating contractor documentation and registers
• Generating insightful reports to inform decisions and track performance
• Managing corrective actions to maintain compliance and meet deadlines
• Analysing documentation to assist with monthly reporting requirements

Candidate Profile

• Attention to detail with strong focus on deadlines and results
• Experience working with tradespeople is beneficial
• Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities
• Ability to self-manage, exercise initiative, and maintain discipline
• Competence in interpreting contracts, compliance paperwork, and technical documents
• Strong communication skills
• A good sense of humour combined with a professional and pragmatic approach, knowing when to escalate issues appropriately
