  • Deliver strategic leadership to top clients, facilitating adoption of new products and structuring A/B testing learning plans.
  • Identify client challenges and propose solutions involving systems, processes, or people improvements.
  • Customize best practices to regional markets and communicate feedback to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 8 years in digital marketing, ad technology, and ad operations roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of client-facing and hands-on experience managing ad tech platforms or campaigns.
  • 5+ years specializing in performance marketing within agencies, tech vendors, or in-house positions.

  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising media sales, campaign optimization, and analytic problem solving.
  • Technical expertise in Search, Shopping, Display, and Social advertising technologies.
  • Practical experience with API integrations such as Conversion API.
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4), mobile measurement partners (e.g., AppsFlyer), and e-commerce strategies focused on retail business.
  • Strong analytical, structured, and detail-oriented thinking with an ability to handle both conceptual frameworks and technical details.
  • Exceptional communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences, including engineers, sales teams, and senior leaders.
  • Fluency in both business Mandarin and English is mandatory.
