Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition efforts across multiple channels. This position entails hands-on management of budgets, creative development, and analytics aimed at enhancing customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) through rigorous experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Oversee allocation of paid marketing budgets across different channels and individual campaigns.
  • Create and deploy landing pages, advertising creatives, and audience segments.
  • Conduct ongoing testing of creatives, target audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, and customer lifetime value (LTV); provide weekly performance reports by channel.
  • Collaborate with creative, lifecycle marketing, and analytics teams to foster integrated growth initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of four years of experience managing paid acquisition with budgets exceeding $1 million annually.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical capability with familiarity in attribution modeling and incrementality testing.
  • Practical knowledge of GA4, ad analytics, and tracking technologies.
  • Experience in providing creative briefs for paid social and search campaigns.
  • Strong preference for running tests, measuring results, and iterating quickly.
