Performance Marketer

About the Role

ClimbX Global is seeking a dedicated Performance Marketer to design, implement, and fine-tune digital advertising initiatives. This role focuses on driving measurable growth for various brands through data-driven advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Continuously monitor and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage advertising budgets with attention to cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion tracking.
• Interpret campaign analytics and generate detailed performance insights.
• Perform audience research and A/B testing of ad elements including creatives and copy.
• Coordinate lead and conversion tracking efforts.
• Collaborate closely with both the creative team and the marketing department to optimize outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum one year of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Proficiency in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing KPIs and ability to analyze related data effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with solid analytical capabilities.
• Experience handling advertising budgets and meeting performance goals.
• Enthusiastic about learning new strategies, conducting tests, and experimenting with different approaches.
