Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Stocking Pepsi products on shelves, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Assisting in the execution of in-store promotions by ensuring stock levels and displays are optimized.
• Collaborating with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to ensure excellent service at all Pepsi accounts.
• Organizing back-room inventory neatly and maintaining order.
• Rotating products to remove expired items and maintain product freshness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, professional studies diploma, or equivalent required.
• Applications from students are encouraged.
• Possession of a valid Class G driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is necessary.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds is required.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and ability to work independently.

Additional Assets

• Previous merchandising or customer service experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience in grocery store environments is beneficial.
