Role Overview
We are seeking a PeopleSoft Developer with a focus on finance modules for a contract position. This role offers an opportunity to broaden your technical expertise and achieve a satisfying work-life balance within a cooperative and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft objects using tools like Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher, PS Queries, and SQR.
- Create and manage technical documentation including functional specifications, use cases, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and process documents.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis comparing business needs to standard PeopleSoft functionalities.
- Deliver user support in resolving finance application incidents and service issues.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to applications, batch jobs, interfaces, and reports.
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, post-go-live maintenance, and defect fixes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
- Proficiency in at least two PeopleSoft Financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Asset Management.
