Key Responsibilities

• Utilize deep expertise in the Pega Platform, including advanced debugging tools and features.
• Enhance system application performance through performance tuning methods and use of relevant tools.
• Develop diverse functionalities ranging from high-quality user interfaces to complex case management workflows.
• Create solutions addressing intricate business rule interactions.
• Design reusable application features leveraging comprehensive knowledge of class structures.
• Develop complex reporting features and manage system integrations effectively.
• Apply core principles of Pega application and case design using industry best practices.
• Analyze requirements, design comprehensive application architecture, and build components for multi-process Pega applications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory: Degree in Computer Science.
• Certification as a Pega Senior Systems Architect is required.
• Recent graduates from Australian universities without prior experience are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred: Over 4 years of experience as a Certified Senior Systems Architect, skilled in creating complex designs, reusable functions, user interfaces, and comprehensive reporting and integrations in Pega multi-process applications.
• Strong design capabilities and deep understanding of Pega design concepts, case design principles, and development best practices.
• Proven track record of Pega application deployments aligned with user requirements.
• Solid understanding of system architecture and administrative concepts.
• Experience and skill in Agile development environments are highly desirable.
