About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with 9-11 years of hands-on expertise in designing, building, testing, and deploying Pega applications. The ideal candidate should hold CSA or CCSA certification and be proficient in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). This role involves collaborating effectively with multiple teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using certified CSA/CCSA knowledge.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements and ensure solution quality.
• Identify and resolve development issues, conduct debugging and defect fixes related to Pega products.
• Adhere strictly to established coding standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage actively in knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience (9-11 years) in Pega development with deep expertise in PRPC.
• Thorough understanding of Pega platform architecture, data modeling techniques, and business rule management.
• Proficient in utilizing CSSA tools for designing customer service applications.
• Capability to manage and deliver multiple projects within strict timelines.

Educational Eligibility

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (B.C.A.), Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), or Science (B.Sc.) in any specialization.
