Responsibilities
- Lead and manage pavement construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance teams on-site, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to a superior standard.
- Organise and oversee daily and weekly work schedules and coordinate resources such as labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Track project progress, swiftly addressing any on-site challenges.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety policies, aligning with the company's Zero Harm principles.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in supervising pavement, roading, sealing, or civil construction teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of pavement construction and maintenance processes.
- Strong skills in planning, coordinating, and managing resources effectively.
- Dedication to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Experience managing projects within set timelines, budgets, and with performance targets.
- Possession of relevant industry licenses, tickets, or qualifications.
