Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, and desserts.
• Create, test, and refine recipes to ensure consistent quality and delicious flavor balance.
• Apply decoration techniques such as glazing, icing, piping, and chocolate tempering to finish desserts.
• Adhere to HACCP protocols, food safety, and health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the pastry kitchen.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the pastry team.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably has a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar pastry role.
• Possesses solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards; HACCP certification is beneficial.
• Exudes an outgoing, cheerful, and approachable demeanor.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Communicates effectively and maintains a customer-focused attitude.
