Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Baker to join our skilled Bakery team. This role involves supporting the preparation and production of baked goods that meet the highest standards of quality, while upholding rigorous food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of premium baked products.
• Adhere strictly to established recipes, preparation techniques, and quality benchmarks.
• Handle, prepare, and store all food items in compliance with food safety and hygiene policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across kitchen and bakery work areas.
• Help receive, store, and manage ingredient stock, ensuring appropriate rotation.
• Contribute to effective inventory control and minimize waste where feasible.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with patrons.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior experience in a bakery, kitchen, food manufacturing, or related setting is preferred.
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to work well within a team.
