Role Summary
Based in Townsville, Queensland, BrakeForce Plus offers a comprehensive range of over 10,000 brake, suspension, and clutch products catering to trade and retail customers. The Parts Interpreter position reports directly to the Branch Manager and plays a crucial role in supporting customers with their parts requirements, building strong relationships, and contributing to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound phone calls and online sales orders efficiently.
- Deliver excellent in-store customer service experience.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming stock accurately.
- Pick and process purchase orders promptly.
- Maintain showroom presentation including merchandising and pricing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Interest or experience in automotive parts is desirable.
- Professional appearance and a polite phone manner.
- Effective influencing and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to simplify technical issues for customers.
- Knowledge of European vehicle parts is advantageous.
