Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded Partnerships Specialist to join a notable retail group in Saudi Arabia. This position supports the expansion of our customer engagement and B2B solutions operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, partners, and distributors to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance B2B sales outcomes.
- Develop commercial proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
- Oversee current partner engagements to ensure effective daily coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to implement campaigns and commercial projects.
- Track sales metrics, maintain CRM systems, and deliver regular reporting plus market intelligence.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of experience within partnerships, account management, business development, or B2B sales roles.
- Preferably have a background relating to retail, loyalty programs, payment systems, fintech, or similarly commercial sectors.
- Exhibit excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrate a commercial mindset capable of managing multiple stakeholder interests effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
