This role translates strategic priorities into actionable steps related to partner profiling, specialization, certification, and quota allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide counsel to sales and channel leaders regarding partner landscape, translating business goals into partner profiling and quota actions.
  • Govern the partner lifecycle encompassing onboarding, membership management, data accuracy, mappings, mergers, hierarchy changes, and exception handling.
  • Oversee partner specialization and certification processes, track attainment and renewal, spot gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance partner qualifications and market readiness.
  • Lead quarterly reviews of partner segmentation and hybrid route-to-market alignment to support coverage and growth strategies.
  • Deliver timely insights and recommendations to improve channel sales operations, partner engagement, and business execution.
  • Develop and communicate frameworks, guidelines, timelines, and tools related to profiling, certification, and quota deployment to ensure consistent implementation.
  • Act as the market subject-matter expert for Check Engine, Click & Go, and Chanaplan tools, facilitating effective partner data utilization and promoting process improvements.
  • Manage partner quota assignments through ChanaPlan and approved tools, ensuring alignment with partner potential and governance standards.
  • Conduct range checks, confirm target readiness with Sales Ops, execute user acceptance testing, and handle system change requests linked to program updates.
  • Drive resolution of system, data, and process issues while ensuring compliance with governance protocols and deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of a degree or MBA in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Three to five years of professional experience in channel partner management, channel business operations, sales operations, or a related commercial function.
  • Proven ability to leverage partner profiling, specialization, certification, and quota insights to support channel plans and business goals.
  • Strong skills in business partnering and stakeholder management with sales, channel teams, sales operations, and cross-functional groups.
  • Competency to translate complex data, partner capabilities, and governance requirements into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical reasoning, structured problem solving, and ability to influence without formal authority.

Preferred Expertise

  • Hands-on knowledge of ChanaPlan, Check Engine, Click & Go, or similar partner-management systems.
  • Familiarity with partner certification processes, route-to-market models, hierarchy handling, and channel governance.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing and resolution of business or system issues.
  • Exposure to managing channels across multiple countries or hybrid markets.
