About the Role and Company
This position is a hybrid role based in our London office at HYLO, 103–105 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8LZ, combining 3 days onsite with 2 days remote work. Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to generate new sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound channels focused on partner-led activities.
- Establish, nurture, and grow strategic partnerships, including recruiting and onboarding new collaborators.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support and implement partner-driven go-to-market strategies.
- Effectively qualify prospects and guide partner-sourced deals by coordinating among internal stakeholders and partner organizations to achieve commercial goals alongside senior leadership.
- Conduct thorough market research and segmentation to aid targeted account mapping and focused outreach campaigns.
- Own the pipeline health by driving new customer acquisition and meeting revenue targets tied to partner-led business development.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, inside sales, or similar sales development roles.
- Familiarity with indirect or channel sales models is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments or high-growth companies.
- Exceptional networking skills with the capacity to navigate complex organizational structures within clients.
- Strong self-management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English at native level is mandatory; proficiency in one or more additional European languages is a significant advantage.
- A technical background or prior experience engaging technical stakeholders will be considered a major plus.
- Readiness to undertake international travel when necessary.
