Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will consistently provide exceptional customer experiences and world-class service daily. Your responsibilities will include educating customers about Crocs products, promoting in-store events, and supporting store objectives. This position presents opportunities for professional growth alongside experienced team members and partners in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service following the C.H.A.R.M. service framework.
• Actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere by sharing ideas, suggestions, and concerns.
• Gain knowledge and assist across various store departments such as customer service, product placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization.
• Support daily retail operations including managing the Point of Sale system, restocking inventory, applying pricing and markdown strategies, promoting loyalty programs, and keeping the store clean and well-organized.
• Lead collaboratively with Store Management to enhance personal sales metrics through techniques focused on driving sales.
• Comply with Crocs’ Asset Protection policies, preventing shortages, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to compliance standards.

Candidate Profile

• At least 16 years old.
• Educational qualification of O Level or higher.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of work experience, ideally in a retail environment.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills will be advantageous.
• Available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and familiarity with retail Point of Sale systems.
• Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented retail setting.

Compensation

The hourly pay ranges from $11.44 to $13.17, reflecting local market conditions and always meeting or surpassing applicable minimum wage laws.
