Your Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare the subfloor before laying, including smoothing, leveling, and, if needed, constructing underfloor structures.
• Professionally install parquet and plank flooring.
• Process floors using parquet sanding machines and finish surfaces with oils, special waxes, synthetic resins, or plastics.
• Carry out parquet repairs and restoration work.
• Calculate material requirements and plan individual work steps.

Qualifications

• Completion of training as a parquet installer (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in the field.
• Ambitious career starters are encouraged and will receive structured and goal-oriented training.
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to work well within a team.
• Independent working style, good communication skills, and enthusiasm for the profession.
