Position Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare subfloors before installation by smoothing, leveling, and, if necessary, constructing underfloor structures.
• Professionally install parquet and plank flooring.
• Process parquet floors using sanding machines and seal them with oils, special waxes, synthetic resins, or plastics.
• Perform parquet repairs and restoration work.
• Calculate material requirements and plan individual work steps accurately.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as a parquet flooring installer and/or several years of relevant professional experience.
• Ambitious beginners are welcome and will be developed through systematic, goal-oriented training.
• Responsible, meticulous, and capable of working well in a team.
• Independent working style, good communication skills, and enthusiasm for the profession.
