Flooring Installer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced technician specialized in the installation of rubber sports flooring, padel courts, squash courts, and overall sports facility projects. This position requires full responsibility for managing projects from initial site inspection through to final client handover.

Primary Duties

• Carry out site visits to take measurements and perform technical inspections.
• Prepare material requirements and basic Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Oversee installation teams and subcontractors during projects.
• Liaise effectively with suppliers, clients, and contractors.
• Supervise the installation processes for rubber flooring, padel courts, and squash courts.
• Track project quality, costs, and timelines to ensure success.
• Address and resolve any technical issues arising throughout installation.
• Identify and suggest appropriate local and international suppliers.
• Assist in preparing quotations and technical proposals.
• Guarantee complete and satisfactory project finalization and client handover.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Comprehensive expertise in rubber flooring and sports court installation methods.
• Familiarity with suppliers offering flooring, padel, squash, turf, glass, steel, and lighting materials.
• Strong project management and site supervision capabilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform quantity calculations.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Possession of a Qatar driving license is advantageous.
