Painting Site Supervisor

ARS Paints Private Limited is looking to hire a Painting Site Supervisor to directly coordinate painting service projects at the site, ensuring tasks are completed with high quality and within designated timelines.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations of painting projects.
• Coordinate teams comprising painters and color experts effectively.
• Monitor the quality of surface preparation, applying putty, primer, and paint processes.
• Verify site measurements and assess material requirements accurately.
• Ensure that project work is progressing according to the schedule.
• Maintain communication and coordination with customers and site teams.
• Document daily work progress and report to the Project Management team.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company quality standards.
• Complete projects with quality within the stipulated timeframe.

Candidate Profile

• Preference for candidates with experience in painting, construction, or interior works.
• Capability in site supervision and managing workforce.
• Knowledge of basic measurement and estimation of materials.
• Ability to lead and guide teams effectively.
• Professional communication skills to handle customers appropriately.
• Fluency in Tamil is essential; basic English and Hindi communication is an added advantage.
• Possession of two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are also welcome to apply.

Employment Details

• Job type: Full-time position based in Chennai.
• Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, dependent on experience and skills.
