Painting Site Supervisor

Overview

ARS Paints Private Limited is looking for a Painting Site Supervisor to directly manage painting service projects at various sites. The incumbent will coordinate on-site work to ensure high-quality completion of painting assignments.

Key Duties

• Supervise daily on-site painting project activities.
• Coordinate teams comprising painters and color experts effectively.
• Monitor the quality of surface preparation, putty, primer application, and painting work.
• Verify site measurements and material requirements accurately.
• Ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers and site teams for necessary coordination.
• Document daily work progress and report to the Project Management Team.
• Enforce safety protocols and uphold company quality standards.
• Complete projects on time with superior quality.

Candidate Profile

• Preference for experience in painting, construction, or interior work sectors.
• Skilled in site supervision and managing manpower.
• Basic knowledge of measurement and material estimation.
• Strong leadership skills to guide the team efficiently.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Proficiency in Tamil is required; basic communication skills in English and Hindi are advantageous.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
• Experience preferred between 0 to 5 years; freshers with relevant technical knowledge will also be considered.

Employment Details

• Employment type: Full-time.
• Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
• Salary range: ₹13,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
