Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer with experience in the joinery sector to fill a permanent full-time role. This opportunity involves working with a reputable manufacturer specializing in high-quality bespoke joinery products, where attention to detail and quality workmanship are paramount.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly wage up to £16.50, negotiable based on experience
• Permanent employment with job security
• Immediate start available
• Monday through Friday day shifts
• Flexible working hours with start between 7:00am and 7:30am, finish between 3:30pm and 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Applying spray paint and finishes to wooden and joinery components
• Handling a variety of bespoke wood products
• Preparing surfaces appropriately prior to painting
• Mixing paints and finishes accurately
• Delivering consistent, high-quality professional finishes
• Conducting quality control throughout the spraying process

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience with wood or timber spray painting
• Familiar with joinery, furniture making, or cabinetry
• Background in bespoke interior products or similar bespoke wood items
• Comfortable operating spray equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
