Job description
Job Overview
This role involves supporting the daily activities within the Paint Shop of a leading global grain and food processing plant manufacturer based in Faridabad. The apprentice will assist in various painting and surface finishing operations while maintaining adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in daily Paint Shop operations including painting, surface preparation, and finishing processes.
- Support the inspection of painted parts to ensure they meet defined quality standards.
- Detect and report any painting defects, surface irregularities, or related quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate records related to production and quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols, work instructions, and 5S organizational practices.
- Collaborate effectively with both Production and Quality teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualifications: B.Tech or B.E. in Production and Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Paint and Oil Technology; or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
- Ability to follow quality inspection procedures and safety norms strictly.
- Good communication skills to coordinate between teams efficiently.
