About the Role
The Padel Program Lead for Juniors will direct, expand, and manage the Academy's junior and children's padel projects. This position is based at the Padel Academy centres located in Jafferys and Rhapta, with regular visits to partner schools, ensuring the smooth operation and growth of junior activities across these venues and school programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, organize, and oversee junior padel lessons, camps, clinics, leagues, and tournaments.
- Administer the junior programs at the Jafferys and Rhapta locations and coordinate the delivery of programming at partnered schools.
- Create termly and holiday schedules for junior activities.
- Ensure sessions start punctually and meet Academy standards.
- Develop structured training paths for beginner to competitive junior players and monitor their attendance and progress.
- Work with coaches to recognize talented players for advanced opportunities and facilitate a smooth transition from school to Academy training.
- Assign coaches to programs, oversee coaching quality, provide feedback, and enforce professional behavior, especially concerning child engagement.
- Maintain strong communication with school administrators, sports departments, and parents; manage student registration and program logistics.
- Promote junior lessons and camps, support recruitment efforts, and develop initiatives to increase participation and retention, aiming to meet revenue and engagement goals.
- Maintain accurate records related to registrations, attendance, payments, and coach allocations; provide weekly and monthly reporting to management.
- Ensure all junior activities comply with child safeguarding policies, fostering a safe and positive environment; promptly report any issues to the Academy Director.

- Growth in junior player enrolments and retention rates.
- Efficient and consistent delivery of programs at Academy centres and partner schools.
- Attendance levels and utilization rates of junior sessions.

- Available to work afternoons, weekends, and school holidays as required.
Working Relationships
The role reports directly to the Academy Director and cooperates closely with the Academy Operations Manager on joint operational matters, while independently steering the junior program's growth, planning, and performance.
