Packing Assistant

Overview

Cook & Bake With Deepali is seeking a dedicated and diligent individual to become part of our bakery production team as a Packing Assistant. This role focuses on accurately packing various bakery items while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Package a variety of bakery items including Bun Maska, croissants, cinnamon rolls, and Korean buns.
• Handle products with care to preserve their shape and quality during packing.
• Weigh and count items according to packaging specifications.
• Seal, label, and organize packaged goods in appropriate containers such as pouches and boxes.
• Verify correct quantities and proper packaging before dispatch.
• Keep the packing area clean and uphold hygiene standards.
• Arrange packed products suitably for distribution in B2B and retail orders.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily packaging demands.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist in basic stock management and other related bakery tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in bakery, food packing, or kitchen environments is advantageous, though freshers eager to learn are welcome.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and meticulous attention to details.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced bakery production setting.
• Consistently maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
