About the Role

FFUN Group invites applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant to be based at the Corporate Office in Saskatoon. This position is an excellent entry-level chance for an organized, dependable individual enthusiastic about gaining professional exposure in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily administrative support to Corporate Office staff and leadership team.
  • Manage calendar scheduling, coordinate meetings, organize documents, printing, scanning, and filing activities.
  • Perform errands including pickups and deliveries within Saskatoon as needed.
  • Provide personal assistant duties for executives when required.
  • Assist in arranging meetings, office events, lunches, travel plans, and corporate activities.
  • Order and replenish office supplies and maintain tidiness in common office areas.
  • Welcome visitors and uphold a professional office environment.
  • Support basic data entry tasks, manage spreadsheets, handle correspondence, and prepare documents.
  • Contribute to special projects and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent organizational abilities and an eye for detail.
  • A proactive, positive mindset with a willingness to take responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Dependable with strong commitment follow-through.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, or willingness to quickly learn these applications.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to complete errands.
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Annual salary ranging between $45,000 and $55,000.
